Size

We’re looking to acquire established, profitable businesses that have already proven their value in the marketplace. Our ideal acquisition has strong cash flow, a committed team, and the foundation for continued growth under new ownership.

  • A minimum of $500,000 of EBITDA
  • Over five years in business
  • A staff that would like to continue working for the firm after aquisition

Transaction
